Yes. MarCom Trade is approved by IACS member societies DNV, Lloyd's Register, RS, RINA and ABS to perform radio surveys on board and issue compliance certificates on the societies' current forms. It is also approved by the Egyptian Flag and other flag administrations to perform radio certificates.
A VDR Annual Performance Test is a yearly check that a Voyage Data Recorder and all its sensor inputs record correctly. Under IMO Resolution MSC.333(90), an authorized service provider performs the test and the manufacturer issues a Certificate of Compliance for the vessel.
